I am always looking for new ways to help other herpers.  Here is a form of record cards I have used with great success for more than 20 years.

Simply right click on the image, "save picture as..." in any file on your computer, then right click the saved image and print it out as a full page on a sheet 8"x10" card stock.

Once cut to size, these record cards will fit perfectly inside 5"x8" protective vinyl envelope sleeves (model # S-5654) available from www.uline.com.
